About Us

The Albany Chill Organization is a small group of Albany swing dancers with hopes of saving the world. Okay, really what we want is to bring people in the Capital District and beyond opportunities to swing dance and just have a good time. That's kinda like saving the world, right?

Anyways, with the support of the Dance Flurry Organization we run events on the scale of local all the way to national (even international sometimes). All of our events are swing dancing related and they're all largely based around having a good time and meeting cool people. For folks that are new to dancing or swear they have two left feet we offer lessons and workshops. For those that are ready to let loose on the closest dance floor...well, we've got your back too. Keep checking back on the site. We have events popping up all the time. Some of them you won't want to miss.
